The Intro to Human Resources​

When it comes to the Department of Human Resources, many people think of hiring and firing employees. However, the Human Resources Department consists of multiple departments to help assist internal and external employees. To name a few departments under the Human Resources umbrella consists of the following: Employee Relations, Benefits & Compensation, Recruiting & Staffing, Training & Development, Policy & Procedures, Disciplinary Actions, and New Hire Orientation or On-Boarding. Please join me as we provide a brief overview of each department in the next issue.
