Ada is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience and a licensed ordained minister.
Ada's experience as a Human Resources Coordinator and manager conducting many interviews and reviewing many resumes led her in January 2018 to take her passion for HR to the next level by stepping out on faith and starting Ada Brooks Consulting (ABC). ABC offers a basic understanding of human resources to inner-city youth. The training consists of resume training, interviewing coaching, and appropriate dressing styling tips for interviews.
In September 2021, Ada launched The Dream 2 Dream Job Summit. This foundation is designed to "Expand the minds and Opportunities Together for the Youth.
Ada believes in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and the community. Ada believes in giving back by offering virtual training workshops and partnering with local small businesses to ensure their human resources departments are current and understand different laws. Ada enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her church and community. Ada has two adult sons and six beautiful grandchildren.
